This site has no login and no database, so there is no in-browser support inbox. Email is the way to reach the operator. Please don’t send the photo you were editing. The image never needed to leave your device, and email would create a copy the tool itself does not keep.

• The page you were on and what you expected to happen.
• Your browser and whether the status line mentioned WASM or WebGPU.
• The wording of any error. Leave out the image itself.
